With a proven track record of launching disruptive brands and scaling businesses fast, Brett brings deep experience in strategy, design, and marketing. In just 120 days, he and his team launched the full Beach Weekend Coffee product line and opened two locations, combining creative hustle with operational excellence.

From aviation and marina experiences to wellness and media, he’s built companies that challenge the status quo and create unforgettable customer experiences. But at the core of it all?
