Cancellation/Refund Policy If you are not fully satisfied with your experience at Beach Weekend Coffee, please contact us to discuss your refund options. Physical products are subject to (up to but not limited to) a 50% restocking fee. Services such as coffee subscription plans are refundable within 7 days of initial purchase if not fully satisfied.

Returns & Refund Policy
Beach Weekend Coffee Return & Refund Policy
At Beach Weekend Coffee, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee and products. Because our coffee is perishable, we are unable to accept returns on roasted coffee, cold brew, or any other consumable products. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Roasted Coffee Products
We do not accept returns on roasted coffee, as it is a perishable item. If you experience a shipping issue* or have concerns about product quality, our Customer Support Team is happy to assist. Please reach out to us at info@beachweekend.coffee within 30 days of your purchase.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout and your order is delivered elsewhere, Beach Weekend Coffee cannot be held responsible. If you catch the error within 15 minutes of placing your order, email us immediately at info@beachweekend.coffee with the correct address. If the correct information is not included in your first message, we may not be able to update the order in time.
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please send your tracking details to info@beachweekend.coffee so we can work with the carrier to verify the delivery. If your order is lost or damaged during transit and this is reflected on the tracking information, notify us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
Cold Brew & Ready-to-Drink Products
Due to the perishable nature of our Cold Brew and other ready-to-drink beverages, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us at info@beachweekend.coffee with:

K-Cups & Espresso Capsules
We do not accept returns on K-Cups or Espresso Capsules, as they are considered perishable coffee products. If there is a shipping issue* or quality concern, contact info@beachweekend.coffee within 30 days with the following details:

Merchandise
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise order, please contact info@beachweekend.coffee within 30 days of purchase. Please note:

Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If returned merchandise is deemed unsellable, a refund will not be issued.

If you received defective or damaged merchandise, send us a photo of the item along with your order number so we can assist you.
For defective brewing equipment, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly, as they handle warranties and product support.
Teas
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for tea, as it is a perishable product. If you have a shipping issue* or a concern about product quality, please follow the same steps outlined in the "Roasted Coffee Products" section.
Coffee Shop Purchases
If you purchased coffee or merchandise at one of our café locations, we cannot process returns or exchanges through our website. Coffee in its original packaging and unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days to the café where it was purchased.
Online orders cannot be picked up at a café location, and café purchases must be returned in-store (not via mail or website support).
